Kati Tenner

• born in 1976 in Bad Salzungen (Thuringia)

• she received her  first violin lesson at the age of 7

• "Special School for Music" (Halle an der Saale)

• study  performing musician,  High School for Music and Theater “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” (Leipzig)

• study music teacher,  High School for Music and Theater  "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy"  (Leipzig)

• masters of music,  North Carolina School of the Arts (USA) with Kevin Lawrence

• NCSA Concerto Competition winner: solo performance  (W.A. Mozart: Violin Concerto in A major)

• Since 2003 member of the "Orkest van het Oosten" (Enschede)
